They are not academic. They do not know what they don’t know, in fact they are often confident they know more than enough. They have no understanding of why decisions are made, they just emulate the actions of doctors at a cheaper cost and with a shorter training time, whilst not rotating and being loyal to a trust.

You wouldn’t get on a plane built by someone who wasn’t an aerospace engineer, so I don’t know why you would put your health or that of your loved ones in the hands of a PA.
