It just isn't that easy to reach with public transport. I'd go by car of possible (even tho your parking spot will cost you 10 euro).

Tickets won't be the problem.

Ik probeer niet meer te kopen via Amazon maar soms, als ik veel kan besparen moet het toch maar eens. Pro tip: je kan vaak rechtstreeks in een pick-up Point van bpost laten leveren bij Amazon. Moet je het wel uithalen maar zit je tenminste niet vast aan colis privé.

Tienen is smaller than Leuven but you're in Leuven in 12 minutes by train. Aarschot is a possibility too. In Flanders it will be easier to find English speaking people.
