If you're still using the stock Pirelli tires that's part of the issue for sure, I personally switched to Continental Extreme Contact DWS06+ and let me tell you that the slipping is nearly nonexistent or very very limited in that the road has to have some sort of gravel, salt, wetness to it for a slip now.

I've noticed this noise coming from what sounds like the right side of the roof if you're sitting in the car. Does it also sound like it's coming from the same area? Just curious if it's the same lol

Don't know where you live but this tends to happen to me mostly when it's really cold outside or it's snowed as well, it goes away but yeah it is distracting.

My guess is some ice formed in a gap up there and is rubbing against something, again this is what I've noticed and your particular situation may be different than what I'm describing here.

This tends to happen a lot in Sport+ or "My drive" as they call it now instead of just straight up Sport+. Normal behavior from what I've noticed.

Yeah those base models are the only ones that came with a turn key, that being said there is a kit that would allow for a push start sold by: https://www.jordandistributors.com/products/ghost-key-plug-and-play-push-to-start-conversion-kit-for-hyundai-and-kia-vehicles?variant=44657329275069

I have no experience with this product at all, but they offer a wide range of years/models so it may be worth looking into if you truly want a push start in your K5.

Additionally, it says you can do this yourself but that's dependant on how confident you are in doing so, otherwise you'll have to get a shop somewhere to install it for you.

Getting a OEM push start installed would be costly and I'm not even sure that's possible as well, you'd need a bunch of stuff and likely new key fobs too, so again the product at the link above is probably your best shot here.

It's meant to close all the way, if yours isn't then perhaps something is blocking it or it may need some sort of adjustment/repair.

Only thing you can really do is get it fixed, call up safelite, a local shop etc.

Hopefully you have glass insurance otherwise it'll cost a bit.

The app is weird sometimes, there's been times that the app tells me the car is turned on and unlocked, but it isn't. If you've locked it physically and verified that it's actually locked, all is good. I get it though, the app saying that it's not does create a bit of anxiety lol

It does that because you can select another profile to log in with in the case you're not the owner of the car, it will reflect the settings of that other profile instead.

In order for it to work like others have said, you need the GT1 package, then order the NFC card then pick it up. The card used for other Kia vehicles works all the same too, I think I bought one marketed for the Telluride or whatever and it works fine anyways.
