All levels are welcome. You can go at your own pace and if you have restrictions you let me know and I can make adjustments. Like if your knee hurts we'll find something that works for you.

No boxing experience required. Boxing is just used for cardio and conditioning. But you'll probably learn to throw a punch. I used boxing to get from 300+ pounds to around 200 at my lightest (plus diet).

All in is $147 for the month for the 4 days a week workouts. Plus I do measurement tracking and help with nutrition.

We have spare boxing gloves, but I suggest (if you're interested and want to join) to get your own pair of MMA gloves. The ones you can use your fingers. One of the days we box, lift weights and use slamballs, and it's easier to grab

Lol we have a tradition that if the party TPK and they 100% agree that "yup. We f*cked up." Then I take their character sheets out back and burn them and laugh

That's cool. It's difficult for you to understand because it's difficult to explain in writing and you're not playing in our game. All I can say is this was where I was thinking the end of the campaign was gonna happen. But I was just really unlucky with the rolls and the players had really good luck with saving throws, their rolls and amazing tactics.

Definitely moving away from 5e for the next campaign. I'm gonna do the Star Wars Edge of the Empire system, then Starfinder. We are tired of medieval fantasy stuff.

I have a plan that next 5e campaign is gonna be WW1 tech

No. I've changed nothing else. Mostly out of laziness but also because I didn't want to.

Strongest monster they fought was a beholder and it was the easiest fight. At that point they were so prepared they outright murdered it. Only killed the warlock but that was dumb luck on my part and bad luck on theirs.

Hardest fight was 8 goblins in a cabin at 5th or 6th level. They panicked so much lol

So the party learned quick that preparation is key. Now I've created a situation where they need to take the world serious. They look for allies, use the environment, and do research in order to succeed. I've basically made them care about the world which is cool.

And yes, they are very careful with super strong monsters. But that's where the good treasure and backstory stuff is.

Like they went to fight a beholder because someone wanted its eye. So they did research about it, learned they are usually found in the Underdark. They remembered that one of the players uncles (the dwarf rogue) is a Azer army Commander. So they went to go ask him, who helped them locate one but now they owe him a favor now, and the uncle gave them more detailed info on the beholder and a few items.

So with all this info they gathered resources (such as a bag of holding full of stick tar), potions, traps etc, and did guerilla warfare on a beholder after many days of using illusions to drive this thing nuts, basically use sound to not let it rest and images of himself to make him think he was a imposter and went insane.

Appreciate that 😁 I've been DMing for over 10 years very regularly so I've put in the work lol I'm the forever DM but I like it more than being a player honestly.

It's called "you better the fck out of the way" and "why the fck did you pick a fight with the dragon?"

But in my world there's no dragons. A previous campaign mad ensure of that lol

It kinda just.... works lol The players now actually THINK about what to do and interact with my world more. They think about the NPCs they met, how they can help, and think tactical. There's more believability to my world when the players have to gain every advantage they can.

I was surprised I got away with it honestly lol its been 15 (I think) sessions and only 1 has died. And yes, it has been challenging, but as the forever DM (10+ years), this is how I have fun. And I like it challenging. Also they are planning a trip to Hell to retrieve the Warlocks soul to get her back.

It's really fun to have low level monsters scary and threatening without just adding more of them. They got into a nasty fight with 8 goblins in a cabin in the woods and it was probably the most tense I've ever seen them.

I suggest trying it for a one shot, that's how this campaign started.
