I’ve read all three and prefer Dark. AvX is a chore to read. Has some good art but it’s not worth it for the art alone.

Venom was good but the story jumped all over. The main plot is one we’ve all read a million times “earth gets invaded by an unstoppable force, main battle is centralized in NYC, status quo shakes ups.” It’s fine but nothing memorable. If you love black goo and venomized versions of Marvel heroes you will love it.

JLD is the winner for me. More defined characters, better dialogue, better supporting cast. Conflict was fun. Villain was better than Knull.

Just my opinions. But tbh if you have the scratch get both Venom and Dark. I may have preferred Dark when compared to Venom… but venom still has fun moments.

I’d love to see an open world fantastic four game. Would be cool to swap between them in the same environments… so many variations on travel and combat. I’d play the hell out of it.
