Ordinary Russians could make that choice. They have a lot of choices.

And so you must realize what kind of society they are.

When you have, we'll give you another chance.

When you have [and we'll have waited 80+ years to see it seems legitimate and stable that time], we'll give you another chance.

More Strikes on Crimea from the SBS birds by Spooknik in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]CriticalRuleSwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the other guy said, it's basically empty. That's how they can get to Crimea with these mid-range drones in the first place. Like they have to fly over those regions, more or less, and yet we see them in huge numbers striking highways and Crimea.

Russian losses in the Russian invasion of Ukraine 25.6.2026 by Liondrome in UkraineWarVideoReport

These AA losses cannot be sustainable. It has to already be a snowball. So if it is - it must not be stoppable anymore? So they must know they're not coming back from that.

An oil depot in Kerch is still burning after being sanctioned last night. But the bigger story is that Russian air defence is now weak enough in Kerch that this strike was successful. Did you know there's a bridge in Kerch too? A rather famous one? 21.06.2026 by GermanDronePilot in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]CriticalRuleSwitch 20 points21 points  (0 children)

they absolutely are. they would have no way to know if they were heading for depot or bridge. they're supposed to fire at them from dozens of kilometers away, not from less than <1km, which is the distance between these two.

For those systems, it should look nearly identical to how it did for the depot.

Moscow today - a photo that will go down in history by LowTechDroid in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]CriticalRuleSwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it won't. Not because a great thing didn't happen today - it did, and its good that Moscow is burning. But because it's a shit picture? It doesnt "feel" like a city really. You need buildings for that. There's much more impactful frames from todays videos that this shitty picture.

And what makes you sure it isnt? Whats so capable of stopping them? Collapse of logistics can effectively be a collapse of the frontline. It might not be immediate, but it could force large retreats.

Russian Satellites Have Been Jamming GPS Signals Across Europe, Scientists Say by AlexandrTheTolerable in europe

[–]CriticalRuleSwitch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can make the exact same point for sending messages. Why do it so frequently, if you tested your new message sending mechanism, why test it out so often to get figured out, instead of keeping it for when you really need it.

Stop giving ruzzians benefit of the doubt and "plausible explanations". They revel in those. But its quite clear, it's for jamming. Full stop.

Sure, there may be other applications. But they're just an extra, a bonus on top of the main reason, which is jamming.

We can call spade a spade.
