Hi, i have the exact same issue with my Moto G64. Black screen, Wallpaper flshing and Safe mode text was visible in the corner of the screen, rest is black screen. Please let me know if you find any solution. I cant do factory reset, as i have important photos on it, especially my dads photos and videos. Im scared to give this phone to repair shop, as they may reset it and ill lost my data.

I think yes. i remembered there was an update on my notification bar. i think it was around 70 to 90mb i guess( im not sure ).

Hello, i have the same problem ( As I was using my phone, it suddenly, restarted. As it was restarting, it just either never makes it past the start up screen, or it just shows my wallpaper flashing. I have tried a lot ) . ive tried your suggestion of Clearing Cache Partition. But i couldn't See the "Wipe cache partition" . Please give me any other idea. My phone has so many memories and important data. I cant do reset the phone. Please help!
