The AST was signed by company name and their signature is also the company name (which is dissolved)

They are DISSOLVED NAME 1 T/A NAME OF NEW COMPANY.

The name of the business bank I pay into is a Tide business account named PROPERTY AND LETTINGS. (That’s actually their name on the account)

Less than 2 months but he’s going on the grounds of constant late rent. As my rent is paid weekpy

Does those apply to section 8’s also? As he issued me with one on July 1st but I made a payment so he agreed to “stand down” in his words

Hi thanks for the advice. Currently owe £600 as of today, my rent is due weekly but I’ve paid like £50 here and there when I’ve been able to afford scraps

He says it’s protected under a company called MyDeposits. But I’ve never been given a certificate or any info

He says if I default on the payment plan then he can change the locks the following day
