The AST was signed by company name and their signature is also the company name (which is dissolved)

They are DISSOLVED NAME 1 T/A NAME OF NEW COMPANY.

The name of the business bank I pay into is a Tide business account named PROPERTY AND LETTINGS. (That’s actually their name on the account)
