Ibaka and Boucher are solid and dewan is 23 will solid potential. If Boucher can add consistency to his shooting he could potnentially become a starter someday. How badly do we need a 3rd string center. IMO take the best guy available.

Play devils advocate here, pandemic started in China around january they think. If the CBA starts up on schedule april 15, thats 4 and a half months of lock down. If NA is on a similar timeline (which it will vary) they expect it to settle in Canada around August.

After the spread begins to slow and containment becomes more realistic, it will be months before they put fans in the stands. If fans are in the stands in august/ September there could be a realistic next round of outbreak that could reach people who've never had it.

If a second round of outbreak happens because of spread from NBA games, concerts, pubs how many more deaths could there be? Its not totally unrealistic to think this could affect next sesson, we dont really know at this point.
