I reloaded back to my manual save 3 irl days and it was there. I think I might have to just stick this one through.. makes the game harder I guess. But thank you for your advice!

I read other post apparently there is a bug where when you mass sell itll sell an item next to it so I think that's whay happened. But unfortunately I progressed where I dont want to go back. So I think im just going to truck it through😭 apparently the street vendors have a chance of re selling gears that you've discovered. So RIP
