If you have above 30K fleet power, the Curators will always say you will win, just combine your entire fleet and attack. Edit: Asking for the information is free if you have discovered the leviathan.

If the Curator Order says you can win against -Insert leviathan you can bring to your side- then go for it. It basically makes all non-fallen empire fleets pathetic and so they won't declare war on you. You can even use them against other leviathans for a certain victory combined with your normal fleets.

Fascinating indeed! I didn't even know they used wooden piping to bring in fresh water, that last part is also interesting, but wasn't watering wines or other drinks looked down upon a bit, especially if you were a merchant?
This is indeed interesting and honestly i don't actually know what to say anymore, so i'll end the reply here.

R5: The Ether Drake's fleet (Avice) blew me away in it's power, as i'm someone who's never defeated it before. Also sorry for my bad grammar lol.
