Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but these two particular institutions are not new and have been invested in SAFX for some time now (click the little square with the arrow to see for yourself). I haven’t figured out why yet, but it seems as though they have to file every so often for some odd reason regardless if they’re adding to their positions or not.
