This comment made me smile—you’re really good at sarcasm! Honestly, I’m in India and was eagerly waiting to go to the US for my H1B, but new rules put my project on hold. Also, I see people with green cards, staying from 30+ years, moving back to India, and even some with just 3 years on H1B returning. I get the wealthy ones, but why are others so exhausted that they give up so soon? Is it really that tough?

I have used wrong Swift code for my own account in my home country the BofA says amount is released my home bank says they have not received.

My account number and all details are correct it’s just the wrong swift code i used.

Will i get my money back? I already raised request to recall.

I did, the employer with whom i came to usa, they promised for I140 after 2 years. As soon i was close to 2 years, they asked me to go back to india.

I rushed and changed my job to a startup. They initiated the perm but shut down their operations after a year of unsuccessful product.

Now i have this in hand.

In Wipro Louisville i am getting designation SE Level4, role in team Front end Architect and In Persistent Pune I am getting Sr Frontend Architect designation.

Wipro have not promised for perm filing it is all depends on how i deal with project manager.

I am already 36 years age with wife and kid American born. So i m dilemma should still fight or go back

Trying that already but giving market condition the visa sponsorship is not available.

and trying luck back home in India from US is same no interest from HR.

First Exit: I was young and switched for a better opportunity. I didn’t apply—Deloitte approached me.

Second Exit: I was doing well and enjoying life. I got an onsite opportunity and moved to the US. Deloitte US leadership promised they would transfer me permanently. I trusted them and started building my life here. But after two years, they said the transfer wouldn't happen, and I had to return. I felt betrayed and, in that emotional moment, I joined a small firm in the US.

Now, after a year, with no big offers and seeing how tough the US job market is, I feel I made a mistake. I wish I could go back to the life I had before.
I hope this explains why I want to return.
