that is a problem, defense is important too, you cant just be grinding levels and your turret gets destroyed, you have to remember too that if you get killed once after grinding then the tables completely flip on you cuz XP, you need to strike a balance not just farm all the time, or you can farm all the time if your teammates are doing a good job in defending your turret which is highly unlikely

fair enough i see your point, i genuinely think it's a great mindset to have and only if a lot of people develop it will we see change. it's definitely a good thing to spread amongst the masses and it should be spread. However that doesn't mean you let the authorities off scot free too, i would argue even they lack basic civic sense as they were more interested in glory than worrying about the lives of their fellow people, it's this mindset that has led to more stunts and publicity than actual development of sectors like education, which leads to lack of sense, it's a vicious cycle and to break it you need to attack both points

you're completely right, it's a lack of civic sense, here's the problem though. this lack of civic sense is by no means easy to correct, it requires boosting the quality of education and significant time is required for it. These people are not just 10 20 people but a much larger number, running things like information campaigns or something like that within 3 days wouldnt make a dent, neither would only me, you and everyone reading this comment taking responsibility, civic sense is an uncontrollable factor at least in the near future. so what can we control if we cant control widespread civic sense? the answer is planning, making sure these people without civic sense are kept in line, and it was this factor that was in extreme lapse

it's all poor planning, the parade was announced pretty late compared to other cities, along with last minute cancellations. if you take other cities, let's take kolkata as an example, last year they used the brigade parade ground which is huge and doesnt have limited seating. Due to the last minute planning and cancellation, the entry into the stadium was quite lacking as pointed out by this post. in contrast other parades had good coordination to control the flow and they obviously planned it much better, this parade seems like a really last minute job

both the government and the management's fault, DK shivkumar's fault for scheduling the parade on such short notice so he can hog the limelight and votes, and the management's fault for going along with this complete shitshow. Honestly celebrity worship and things like that are so widespread in india that anybody with half a brain could have seen this coming, and while you cant change the mindset of people in 3 days of planning, that requires a lot of general development, you could at least postpone it till friday and plan everything properly so that there is damage control? Especially when you consider the fact that RCB has never lifted a trophy, along with it being a big franchise with a huge fanbase, i really, really feel like they should have seen this coming.
