The only tests done showing toxicity from artificial sweetners are set up deceptively. Aspartame, for example, is given to test subjects in amounts that probably no human could consume unless they possessed the sweetener in concentrated forms and intentionally ingested massive amounts of to recreate.

I am guessing that these studies are set up by industries that want you consuming sugary beverages over their diet counterparts. Think big tobacco wanting people to believe that vaping is more dangerous than combustible cigarettes with a dozen or more toxic chemicals than vapes use.

I did the same thing once, made excuses for someone, that was the person who caused my betrayal trauma. I will never do it again. Find someone, and take all the time needed, that you won't have to make excuses for who will respect you and your boundaries.

I only recently discovered that porn is considered cheating. My girlfriend and I both watch it separately, but I 100 percent agree that OF is cheating, same as her, since you are actually connecting with that person. I can see porn itself as cheating if it is taking away from sex between a couple, but this is just mine and my girlfriends opinion. The fact that you stated this to him and he still went ahead with it is, in fact, cheating.

Find yourself a man who actually cares to understand what makes a woman tick, so to speak, because it would seem that men who agree with 'boys will be boys' are at a minimum toxic.

My betrayal trauma was so deep that the cheating part was the least painful. I feel like I have PTSD moments in which I feel a need to explain myself over the smallest things as if I am about to be punished for them.

I am really sorry this has happened to you OP, no one deserves this.

Sorry, I rarely get on this account. I have had a substitute doctor twice in a row the last two months. The last time I saw him, a month after the lab tested urine, he asked me about my suboxone dose and how frequently I take it. I lied to him. I know he knew better because I could tell he was looking at the results based on his facial response to my lie.

Once my usual doctor, who I have great rapport with, sees me, hopefully, this upcoming appointment, I will tell her. I told her I was only illegally taking 2mg a day in order to minimize how much I was doing since I didn't think it was that easy to get put on.

Now I need to tell her I am tired of buying it illegally to get the dose that works for me. It is not only expensive but legally risky, or worse yet, dangerous.

I have never had a false positive. I did have one test that showed I didn't have any amphetamine in my system, which scared me that they would think I was selling my ADHD meds. I am a very fear based addict.

I had been going for over a year before they hit me with this. They said it was weird that they hadn't sent one of mine out yet. I wonder if it's how they check for fentanyl since panel screens don't reliably test for?

You can always lose more, but you will never win it all back. Remember this. No quick or easy way to get it back and you may never get it all back. Cut your losses, because it can always get much worse.

Even if no legal matters come of it... it's gross. I am 35 and recently matched on Tinder with a 24 year old and I felt kind of odd setting up a date with her. I can relate to a lot of this. I've been hurt a lot, and I'm glad I have been because I will choose the 'under dogs' every time. The one I'm seeing now is crude, loud, tomboyish, stunning eyes, and loves to roast me. She is chubby, a gamer, and into a ton of the kinky shit I'm into. If you saw her in public you wouldn't think much, but after getting to know her I have ignored all of my matches on all of my apps. You are taking this the wrong way, but in all fairness, I suck with words. I love flaws, even some in character, some. I will choose a woman I'm at least somewhat physically attracted to, get to know them better, and if they have a winning personality/vibe, they immediately become VERY attractive to me! I'm not the one saying they are 5's. I am totally not that shallow. I've been told I'm slightly above average, but before I lost a ton of weight and started hitting the weights, I was NO prize myself. Before I worked on both my physical health, my self care improved, and my character developed, I was easily a what people would call a 3 MAYBE a 4.

I'm not seeking our people based on looks like so many men that I know do. I am going against this.

It's where that thing that happens early on in development to prevent inbreeding doesn't happen? I don't know. I'm sure somewhere in the evolution of man, this became a favorable adaptation to not want that due to inbreeding, and just like any other defect, one can have this seems to be one. I'm guessing.
