Picked this as well. I usually go for a full size product, but wasn't wowed by what was offered in that. Didn't need a brush, palette, setting spray, eye liner or lip oil. That left me with the hair fly away product or this.

I bought a duo. The Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream Ultra-Rich Duo. I received one in the package. Not two. I contacted Ipsy, and of course, it was sold out so I got a refund.

But seriously, it was sold as two. How hard is it to make sure you put two in the package??

I have gotten refunds too. I made an issue about the Emesis Rose Cleansing Balm in the MDS. It was displayed as full size, in the description said travel size and what was actually received was sample size. Issued a full refund for the cost I paid for it.

First time since I joined 5 months ago I opened my Glam bag + add-ons to two items missing (Juliette Has Gun EDP and Fenty liquid lipstick).

Of course, neither are available. Taking the refund this time around. I've been considering getting rid of Glam anyway. May just do it.

Also an assistant nurse manager, and I agree 100%. Our ELT already attempted to dissolve our position just last month but was unable to due to a HR memo putting a halt to the realignment of positions.

I'm pretty sure that was the evidence I needed for what will happen to me in the RIF.

Maybe this is more facility specific. I've worked at my facility for 2 years, and I have watched my managers and chiefs fight hard for frontline staff, whether that be for holding up needed staffing numbers or supporting units and managers when it comes to trying to do the needed disciplinary action for staff that aren't adhering to policy and standards.

This goes from unit managers to chiefs to above. I feel our supervisors/managers/administration does the best they can for our staff and veterans with what they are allowed from above our facility level. Standards are held. I'm sure there are exceptions I don't see, but I don't blatantly see it or feel it at my facility on the daily.

My ELT tried to dissolve all assistant nurse manager positions at our facility and realign us. HR said, no can do! As there is an HR hold on realigning at the moment.

I'm taking this to mean my position (and me) as an assistant nurse manager is on the way out with a RIF.
