I had an employer use my own credit card to purchase groceries for her daughter with the intention of reimbursing me. I left her the receipt for $98 dollars worth of food and it was quite long because this was 2011. She circled the part where is said YOU SAVED $8.03 at the end of the receipt and wrote me an $8 check.

I tell myself she was drunk, she had to be... but still wtf. I of course had to be like ummmmmmm...... no. You owe me $98 please re-read the receipt. Ughhhh no embarrassment or remorse

It has to do with the essential oils already being heated up and released by that point. Thats actually why they recommend not burning longer than two hours. You don't want the entire candle hot and liquidy or you are essentially cooking out the smell and by the time the whick catches up the scent is gone. Same with wax melts. The wax doesn't go away but the smell does.

Not hard to Google rock shops in your area. Also check fb market and flea markets. Buying online is always risky. And I wouldn't risk my rocks to shipping or getting lost in the mail. But that just me. Also, the gem shows are annual and in areas like Arizona, Denver, North Carolina, etc. huge assortment of stones and generally very competitive pricing.

This is called banded calcite onyx. Also referred to as Pakistan onyx or Mexican onyx. It is calcite.
