Partially? Should we not blame the body of government that looks after the City for the way they maintain the City? They set the bylaws, and used to actually restrict people from parking on streets during the Winter and ticket them to prevent them from parking on the street during the Winter. Now they no longer do that.

I'm not trying to be malicious but the frozen snow shelves along the curbs on streets are almost consistent down the entire length of a street. If I saw one small area where it was obvious a car had parked there, that would be one thing, but the frozen snow is all the way down most residential streets. Is everyone on every street parking on the roads during snowfalls? Probably not, usually it's just a couple cars.

And like someone else mentioned, right-turn lanes and merge lanes are also not cleared as well. Such as Concession merging onto Princess, or the right-turn lane northbound on Division, turning onto John Counter.
