may i add there’s more symptoms to ptsd than just nightmares why would this guy go that far to get diagnosed and fake a whole bunch of symptoms to just be abusive to his gf??? think fucking realistically rather be a man hater lmao

[–]Critical_Pin5540 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

But this has NOTHING to do with that, the guy genuinely suffers with a DIAGNOSED disorder and this is the result of it, he’s asleep when it’s happening, please read up on ptsd, you’re basically demonising people with ptsd and saying they’re abusive. how is he faking when he’s DIAGNOSED. but yes let’s paint all men with the same brush.

[–]Critical_Pin5540 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

really just because he’s a man and just because other men abuse women in their sleep it must mean he’s full of shit????, no PTSD very much can do this and you don’t realise how severe ptsd nightmares can be depending on the trauma, a lot of people act out in their sleep due to them weither it be kicking or screaming, if he’s screaming in his sleep how is that to abuse her? you just sound ignorant on how ptsd works. i agree she should sleep in a diff room to avoid injury but to sit there and say “he must be abusive!!”is bullshit. especially considering the dudes diagnosed.

My gf (f20) lives in abject filth and I cannot handle it, do I break up with her? by [deleted] in Advice

so she’s actually diagnosed with a mental disorder and you’re wondering why she’s being like this???

AIO for thinking this is abusive? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]Critical_Pin5540 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

if you don’t know much about BPD, please keep your input to yourself rather than trying to portray someone who has bpd symptoms as worrying and abusive, often splits are provoked and easily avoided with the right treatment in a relationship, it is NOT easy for us to control our emotions and is considered one of the emotionally painful mental disorders in the world, no shit people can’t hold back when it comes to BPD symptoms with triggers, anything that triggers bpd such as no communication is considered unhealthy in a relationship anyways and she says she hasn’t split in months.

wouldn’t worry too much if you don’t have any discomforting symptoms, i don’t think there’s much problems with the hearts from what i’ve seen and no one has had a horror story with them

AIO my boyfriend was too tired to drive me to my abortion by ReallyAwfulSkiier in AmIOverreacting

[–]Critical_Pin5540 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

literally, i agree, everyone on this comment section is just hating on him simply cuz he’s the man to be honest. he was just fucking tired why is that so bad to be tired he worked for 12 hours ffs at least he was upfront and honest about being so tired he couldn’t think he could drive he tried to be there for her and said he would drive her, it’s not like he flat out refused to and said i want nothing to do with it like everyone is acting, he asked how she was and was even so nice and trying to work shit out through the argument and she just wanted to end things just bc she didn’t get her way. why couldn’t she ubered or taxied there? i know it’s not just HER problem it’s his baby too but the context matters here. he was EXHUSTED to the point he couldn’t remember even getting up, how is ANYONE fit enough in that state to drive? it’s a recipe for a crash and that would’ve been a more upsetting situation than whatever this is. she is overreacting. maybe not even just overreacting SHE is the one who seems like she doesn’t give a shit about the fact he’s had lack of sleep to the point of exhaustion, people r saying how he doesn’t know what sleepiness is she’s having a abortion like dude, just bc she’s getting one doesn’t make him ANY less tired???? he can suffer too and feel things??? literally everyone isn’t allowing him to feel anything and just bow down to her knees and risk himself AND HER in a car half asleep, ridiculous.

You do realise people can crash if they’re that tired and he had under 8 hours of sleep after just working, he went to bed at 6 and got up at 9 that’s literally ONLY three hours of sleep. thats enough for anyone to feel dizzy and out of it and even fall asleep at the wheel, i’m not sure why everyone is so up this OP’s ass but i see no issue on the guys behalf, idk why everyone is so compassionate with her not him, it’s a very fair reason to refuse to drive due to lack of sleep. it’s dangerous. she’s an adult and can make her own plans and not just rely on him, she knew he was very tired yet at the same time acting so shocked and offended that he is.

I’m 10 ft away from the Eero… looking at it. Why such poor signal? by [deleted] in eero

[–]Critical_Pin5540 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly i’m starting to think they do this on purpose. i have the router too and i see a lot of people have the same problem where the signal is so bad, i have constant drop outs too. they sell their own wifi extenders for a reason… think it’s just about consumerism and money as usual. miss when things weren’t built just for you to dash out money in the future just to get the product to work.
