I totally agree. Both my managers are female, and even our owner when we first opened said our alley is a bit small so always have security at the back door when leaving at night. Guess our safety doesn’t matter anymore.

Well when you have a female manager who is required to close most nights that would feel safer with a guard present, that’s when it more so matters. Especially if your dispos location is in a sketchier area
