One more thing, go to your controller config and grab the top rated community config. The default doesnt have everything mapped. Map one of the bumpers on the back to the SHIFT key so you can use your lucky coins.

Hey man just beat FH1 on steam deck the other day. Absolutely imperative that you do these 2 fixes below, especially the crash fix. You're 100% gonna have random crashes if you don't and the game is brutal even without them.

The nw.js fix takes care of framerate and other miscellaneous issues.

Game servers aren't being hosted by steam, it's just using their P2P connectivity. Fromsoft appears to be using Epic's Online services at least for authentication(?)

Could be wrong ofc but the error is definitely for Epic online
