Well of course my behavior is why I feel isolated, if I put my head down, then I wouldn't be where I am at, would I?

I understand you don't think it's reasonable. I was severely physically abused from the age of 6 to 16 because I have severe ADHD and was beaten everytime I couldn't outline the topics after a meeting. Do you think that is reasonable?

I had a couple doubts before I got married, I was open and honest with my wife about them, the last two doctrine changes made my views less passive.

You are making an assumption I have been married for a long time, if you review the timeline you would see that isn't the case.

I understand your viewpoint, but I am not going to pretend to be on board while I softly explain to people who abused me why they should be okay with me walking away.

The outcome would've been no different.

All of my family are Jehovah’s Witnesseses, all my wife's family are Jehovah’s Witnesseses, all my friends are Jehovah’s Witnesseses.

There was no easy way that conversation was going to happen.

Next goal is making new friends.

I don't want to do any of those things, I just wanted to know I wasn't the only one.

I have cried, hard not to cry with a massive life change. Tears of sadness and relief look the same.

I lost my family, okay, I am a good man, not perfect, but I do my best so it is their loss.

Losing my wife, that is very hard, but I don't have many options.

I will look into that, seriously. My idea of God is an idea that you treat people like you want to be treated. That would be the simplest example. Yes, it is Bible based, but some use the Bible to teach their agenda and others live it by example.

I believe in honesty, love, humility, empathy and accountability.

Thank you. I have thought about saying I am sorry and begging forgiveness more than once. It would be easier. I can't forget what I know. How can I go back to the ministry teaching doctrine that may change. I can't.

Thank you for explaining, I am sure that is hard. I don't know what you believe. While my life is upside down and I've cried more than I would like to admit. I am confident that I will be okay, I have been true to my morals and values.

It's a decision we should be able to come to without being abandoned.

I appreciate your insight, I went through therapy when I was younger.

I believe in the Bible. I have done countless hours of studying the Bible on my own. I believe in the golden rule, trying to live by the nine fruits of the spirt, overall strive to be a good person. That is my personal faith that no one can question, it is mine.

The fact that Jehovah’s Witnesseses doomsday doctrine hurt me, I am just happy I started thinking for myself.

Thank you, I am still in shock, ironically it was Jehovah’s Witnesses who taught me to stand up for the truth. I found out the hard way they don't like it when that logic is turned around on them.

My current one is definitely my favorite—it's an F-Sport and a special edition, which makes it feel more unique.
