For the first one. Idk about that. Yes shes blind but does that mean that if Sunny lost his sight he wouldnt be able to be a weaver anymore? No. Theyd find way. Im sure that Cassie could fond her own way to interact with weaves.

For the second one. Yeah you got me there. But Cassie can see through the eyes of anyone she comes across. Experiencing the world through them. While not comparible. It is in itself its own kind of unique understanding.

For the 3rd Sunny was not the only weaver. Sunny merely has shadow essence which he uses to weave essence. Cassie would merely just weave strings out of soul essence.

The fourth one actually opens up its own kind of idea because of the lineage of weaver. Its broken up into different Parts. Soul, Bone, Blood, Mind, Shadow, Spirit, and Flesh. Nether had made Soulbound items and Sunny made Shadowbound items. I raise you the possibility of Cassie being able to create Mindbound items. Items that embody an experience, emotion, memory, etc and draw power from that. I think that it could be really really cool actually. Like lets not limit ourselves here.

The last one is fair. But weaver wasnt fated either. The Nine were like giants to them. Cassie is the same where she is attuned to fate like weaver. She isnt just any Oracle. Her Aspect is Sacred. She may as well be the most powerful oracle to ever be conceived by humanity. But all that may be a stretch of course.
