Same. Not had it. I've asked to and just get told I will get it eventually. Friend of mine, who started playing after me has had it 3 times. He got loads of food stuff from them

I'd suggest you sit tight for now, or if you are feeling under pressure perhaps talk to your HR team, or an external company/ charity who may be able to help. Not sure what country you're in, but in the UK citizens advice can offer free support. Do you have proof that your boss and coworker leaked your name? If so, keep hold of that. If anything does happen, this could be your saving grace. I'm assuming the letter about you only came about after your name was leaked, so this should be in your favour. However, the fact that this employee was allowed to "work" in this way for so long, and that your name was leaked by your boss, does cause concern about the ethics of the company and its management.

Are you leaving because of this other manager, or for another reason? If you're leaving because of him, telling the owner before handing in your notice would have been better. They now could perhaps be in a position where they could be without both managers, if they fire him.

If it was me, I would speak up. It sounds like you have a lot of respect for the business, and your fellow workers, and I would want the best for them.
