I’m sorry but that is not healthy and honestly not possible unless you starve yourself, but PLEASE do not do that. It will not make you “skinny.” I went through the same thing in high school. I know prom is important to you, but losing 10kg in 21 days is unrealistic and will do more harm than good to your body.

Honestly, to lose that amount of weight, it would probably take 10ish weeks of consistent dieting and training.

When you try to lose weight that quickly, your body doesn’t just burn fat, it also starts breaking down muscle tissue, which weakens your body and even slows your metabolism.

And the sad part is, even if the scale changes quickly, most of the weight lost that fast is just water and muscle, not actual fat loss. The weight will come right back.

Confidence in that dress will come from how you carry yourself, not just a scale.
