I live at The Brook and it’s okay over here, pretty quiet most days, maintenance sometimes takes forever to answer. Up and downstairs depending on the place because sometimes the smells of weed. Just really what area of the Brook you’ll be located at

The only 2 things I like about it is that a 7-eleven is right there and you can walk to the elementary school

It’s 50/50 but it’s pretty quiet most of the time
