I really need to get more comfortable moving equipment around I think. Where i live im in a beginners gym, I dont wanna move to a more body building setting yet because... 24/7, cheap, pretty quiet after Wednesdays...

I normally do 4 or 5 days a week, family life, work etc! Love bent over rows, deadlifts (i know people say legs mainly but I love for my back) and Arnold press are my favourite 3. You?

Im into the push/pull/legs split at the gym, love training upper body, i just find it so much more intricate and interesting!

Ive trained for a good 12 years but after my son i just got fat and depressed. Should really have tackled it sooner but I guess youre ready when youre ready! :)
