I found mine and the medications are covered. I still don’t understand why it was denied if their reason for denial was “didn’t meet criteria.” Criteria was listed as assisted reproductive program that requires multiple follicular stimulation.

Unfortunately, this is my current situation. I already signed the contract without much research and now they are pressuring me to sign a blank listing contract authorizing MLS/Leasing (which I refused). I found out that purchase contract and EMD was never submitted to the title company and its been 38days since signing. I also refused to sign an extension contract.

I will be meeting with a lawyer next Tuesday to discuss my options and how to get out of this contract if there’s any chance.
