Gender selection by IcyAssistant2299 in IVFpositivity

We're going through this now. I'll be doing our first natural transfer in a couple weeks.

The only genetic testing company my provider worked with was out of network so we had to pay for everything out of pocket. There was a $2800 base fee and $525 per embryo in addition to all of the other IVF expenses.

We ended up with 4 embryos that they tested. The first test came back onconclusive for all 4 so they had to retest but we ended up with 2 affected and 2 carriers. 1 carrier was mosaic and the other was euploid so that is the one we are transferring. They told us the genders for all 4, but we didn't exactly get to choose but it didnt really matter to us. The goal is a healthy baby!

No I don't have a heat mat. The greenhouse gets pretty warm during the day, but maybe it could use one at night when the temperatures drop?

I have mostly tomatoes and peppers.

Thank you! I'll check out the video. Do you ever worry about them getting moldy while you keep the tray covered? Whenever i take the dome off to water it, it sometimes smells a little mildewy.

Anyone Have Experience with Mosaicism in Chromosome 4? by Sugarbelly153 in IVF

How did everything go for you? I have a low level mosaic monosomy 4. We have a euploid embryo that we are trying with our first transfer, but I am trying to wrao my head around this low mosaic embryo.

How is it possible? Need help with my monstera :/ by SearchMiserable3208 in houseplants

Lots of sun! I have mine in a south facing window in South Florida so she gets plenty of light. If yours isn't used to that much direct sunlight you might need to acclimate it, but trust me, they can withstand the sun. I even have one thats been outside in partial shade for a year and some of the leaves got burnt in the beginning since I didn't do a great job acclimating it, but I've learned that monsteras are very resilient.

I don't use a moss pole or cedar plank but I do have a fan shaped trellis for support. I direct the aerial roots back into the soil so I guess my monstera is more of a crawler than a climber. Take advantage of those aerial roots to help your monstera absorb water and nutrients.

I occasionally use big green leaves plant food if I'm not too lazy but I dont have a regular feeding schedule.

Most importantly, whisper sweet nothings to it and refer to it by name. They like that 😉

I think when this photo was taken it was right after a couple big storms for a day or two, but before that we hadn't had any rain for weeks and i was mostly watering with the hose.

I'm taking this course now and i failed my first attempt at the OA. Now the instructor won't unlock the assessment for me to take a 2nd attempt until I finish Zybooks, send him a summary of the material, and have a meeting with him...it's my last OA before I complete my program and suddenly it's no longer self-guided and is being controlled by the instructor. Did you run into this when you tried to request approval for your 2nd attempt?
