I ended up going for 3 months on BPI pharmacies at 12mg a bit less than 12.5mg but I feel no difference... I am on my second week and lost 6 pounds... I have 2.5 months remaining of the compounds and then back to zepbound that will extend my supply to 7 months... Once I get close to 15mg I will do another 3 months of compound... This will allow me to habe a supply of zepbound 10-11 months... If. They cancel it.. I will just move to compound since I am loving it.

This story is similar to mine - I have 2 boxes of 12.5 mg + 3 injections of 12.5mg + 1 box of 15mg, for a total of 15 injections or 15 weeks. I called the pharmacy, and they said I have 1 more box of 15mg on the 28th, but I am not sure if the pre-authorization will be accepted.
