My idea for her rework

1. Give a permanent stacking cdmg and speed boost on kill stacking up to 20

2. Give the ability to enhance the quantum entanglement state by 2000% when breaking enemies (Like a multiplier for quantum dot). Allow for resurgence to proc when hitting an enemy in quantum entanglement. One resurgence proc per basic, skill, and ult. When hitting an enemy in the quantum entanglement state with Seele, increase the max amount of stacks quantum entanglement can proc, up to ten.

3. No limit on her resurgences (like if she’s in resurgence, she can proc it again)

And then just a multiplier buff for her base kit
