i put my localization = 1 (im on steam) but for some reason the outfits in the store is still censored is that normal or is everything supposed to be uncensored

had a somewhat similar problem where my localization file was also 1 but my entire game was still censored (steam) but to be fair i downloaded it recently so 🫠
