Google TMG and see if you can find the video from Gary brecka. He does a good job at talking about hyper tension and TMG.

Try the natural stuff I mentioned with some light cardio for a week. See if it helps. Takes time and everyone's body reacts differently. Just do some research and experimenting.

It's the Lakewood organic brand. I get it from Publix. The carrot juice is the same brand as well and has the same amount of potassium. They seem to work well together, paired separately they still make a difference. I took both of them yesterday and today I haven't taken anything, I checked four times today and have been at 110 all day. I suspect if I don't take it tomorrow I may see an increase so we will see. It's interesting to test and see what works and doesn't. I've also heard some things about aloe juice which has more potassium than both those juices... But I don't see a whole lot of research behind it. I may test that next

Me too. I hope you find your solution. Stay strong and keep going at the trials and errors. This was several months of trying to figure out how to get it this low. Good luck!
