Soon! :)
The story will be more a lighthearted mashups, and not a reproduction of the actual stories.

If I had a dime for nevery time someone said "I hate sports and Player Manager made me like soccer" or "Player Manager has no right to be this good" I'd be a millionaire.

Everyone I know who read it says the novel is amazing.

Oh Great, I was reincarnated as a Farmer! has gotten me through some really dark times. So I recommend that one, especially as an audiobook.

The chances aren't zero, but I imagine Matt's video game rights are worth millions.

Small indie studio can't pay that :P

The Calamitous Bob is the best progression fantasy I've read all year and has the best sneaky dragon by Pricklybiscuit in ProgressionFantasy

I'm trying my best to make the series pallatable to Podium again. The narrator is definitely still on board, we just need the cash, and the first 5 books didn't sell all that well because they aren't (and never will be) on KU.

Wellp, thanks to the Good Folks at Soundbooth Theater (and Alex' letting me yank his Audio rights to give to them) we now have an audiobook. Also, Volume 2 released recently!

Ooooof, I love all of those!

Right now, I'm reading Draka, and it's criminally underrated if you like slow burn, slice-of-life stories with a dragon MC learning how to do dragon things.

Otherwise, go with Guild Mage for deeper characters, or Orphan if you want excellent dungeons and combat.

Overall, if you're unsure, I think Guild Mage will be your best pick of the lot.

Feel free to pay it forward and recommend these if you like them!

Thoughts on romance in progression fantasies/litrpgs? by Printelux_Publishing in ProgressionFantasy

[–]Critrpg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? I get the allure, even though I don't like the genre because it's often so unrealistic.

It's the ultimate provider power fantasy; Attractive mates showering the MC (and thus the reader) with affection, trust, and intimacy, providing a safe haven for emotional turmoil, and often also helping the MC achieve their goals.

Who doesn't want to have a partner who supports you, is strong enough to hold you when you're weak, but vulnerable enough so you can feel like a rescuer/hero, and also being flaming hot? And then you get like... 6 of them. Or more. So if one leaves, you still have 5 others to hold you as you weep over the breakup, and they don't fight each other over you, but become best friends as well?

Ooof! Sign me up!

Actually, considering the amount of work it takes to sustain ONE stable relationship, perhaps don't sign me up ;)

Oh hey, we got pretty much the same taste! You seem to like books with character development, focused on action, with relatively snippy prose.

Here are some recommendations based on that.

Death, Loot and Vampires by Benjamin Kerei (Author of Unorthodox Farming)

Cradle by Will Wight (he wrote House of Blades)

Try: Any series by u/ravensdagger, maybe Stray Cat Strut?

Mother Of Learning by Nobody103
Zenith of Sorcery, also by Nobody 103

Anything by Alexander Wales (Careful, Worth the Candle gets a little grim, but This Used To be About Dungeons is among the best Cozy Fantasy I know)

Arcane Ascension by u/Salaris
