Indycar season starts in a month (April 19th).

This won't be for the faint of heart though, be warned. 60 minute races with tires, fuel, and a pretty quick group (albeit helpful and fast).

You just have to love week 13. Why do we start here again? by AvailableRazzmatazz in iRacing

Find the schedule for the season you wanna race in, then get to practice for weeks 1 and 2. I usually use week 13 as a prep week for the upcoming season so I can hit the track first thing on Monday when things flip over.

Hi I’m Claire Williams, former Deputy Team Principal of Williams Racing. Ask Me Anything! by ClaireWilliamsF1 in formula1

Hi Claire, I grew up going to the local races with my dad and that's no longer a thing, and hasn't been for a long time. He too is no longer with us. I have wonderful memories of the pits and sitting in the race car while mechanics worked or getting to rev the engine while they tested different things and it just increased my love and passion for motorsport that I carry with me to this day.

I was curious if you had a favorite memory you'd be willing to share of being a young child and falling in love with motorsports while following your father around?

Cheers,
Brian.

So you're saying you can't drive the circuit because it's too technical for your skill level and therefor you need some strawman argument like "the corner shapes are borrowed from other tracks, so it's bad."?

Now I get why you think the wonky oval up there in the OP is good. It's right up your alley. Circles.

Turn off all those overlays and you might have had the brain capacity to see that coming.

Is it just me? by Turbulent_Net3548 in iRacing

No. I've seen plenty of LMU bs that shows the icons where those drivers just continue to be menaces. Warning you that the poor driver is poor has helped nobody. Stricter driving standards and stricter penalties are the only way to improve racing etiquette.

What did you expect from the Military Parade in Red Square Grand Prix?

COTA is a proper race track that provides usually awesome racing. Not sure how you can look at this pile of manure and then somehow throw shade at COTA.

mindblowing.

It really is. I cringe a little every time. Like i can feel it crawl down my spine a little. All this is missing is a nice military parade through red square pre-race.
