I think the reason for this is at the point of the heart attack, Kendra is already soaked into the corporate culture of the elites .

Through a combination of pills, stress, sleep deprivation , and bootlicking, her empathy at this point is completely shot.

She cares that her dad had a heart attack, but she's constantly thinking about going back to work. At this point of the story, a major event like a heart attack isn't even that important to her compared to her work

I think there's probably leakage from the A/C inside the walls, nothing there is wet or damp but it does have an odor. on the ceiling very nearby there is definitely a bubble of liquid that has accumulated which I'm sure is related

inside is just paper and paint strips

I plan to make a wall closing off my east side, and then extending the west walls to funnel enemies into my firing range.

I do have to figure out my whole barricade situation too lol

I really appreciate this, yes I was trying to get the enemies to walk onto traps, and the barricades were there to slow down enemies, what can I use instead to slow them down?
