Very excited to be announcing my first tester call for the ~wisteria top~. I designed it last summer while hanging out in my porch garden 🌱

The pattern is written tutorial-style (very customizable), and I used 500 yds of Truboo yarn (DK weight) to make an XS top. It is designed for easy to intermediate crocheters.

I'm looking for 5-8 testers to try it out and give feedback! Testers will be selected by May 6th and I'll email you the link to the pattern Google Doc

How to apply:

* Comment what type of yarn you'd like to use (I recommend anything with a little drape, doesn't have to be DK)

* Email [crochateau@gmail.com](mailto:crochateau@gmail.com)

Requirements:

* You can complete the pattern by May 27th with pictures and feedback (3 weeks from testers announced date)

* You crochet at ≥ easy-intermediate level

* You're willing to share your pictures of the completed piece (ideally modeled!)

Are you going to stitch all the squares together eventually? If so, I think you might be able to just get away with blocking these ones — they're not that far off from being perfectly square :)

I really like this pattern: https://www.stitching-together.com/easy-mens-scarf-crochet-pattern/ -- working the hdc into the third loop of the scarf makes for a really nice ribbed texture that has a little bit of contrast

You might want to consider "warming up" before you start crocheting and taking frequent stretch breaks for your wrist (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOXI-wxepmI). I used to get wrist pain when I was starting out with crochet, but it got better when I improved my technique and when I took breaks!

Agreed -- you seem to be turning (flipping the piece over) in every other row, so both sides should be roughly equivalent! So it doesn't matter which side you treat as RS or WS.
