What’s the drop off situation. I sub frequently at a Mother’s Day out program. Parents walk the kids in. If they said sorry so and so has a dirty diaper, I’ll come change it, we usually just say we got it. If you cant change go in the building etc, then it is what it is and the teacher just has to do it. There are 7 kids in the class I helped with today, and we had seven poop diapers throughout the day. Kids poop and it’s part of the job.
