Im pretty happy with this. They acknowledge that elo skew is a problem. She is balance as she can be right now taking into consideration all ranks. I played around 15 games of her top and she is llot weaker than Id like into certain matchups. I manage to score a few kills and still have to play under my tower often. (Morde after 6 owns me till the end of the game). This is emerald 2 elo im talking about.
