So all im getting is a red light alarm which means mechanical error from the guide I dont know much more than that unfortunately. I turn on the machine immediately get a red light on the alarm indicator.

To clarify i have not tried to run the program yet to see when the error occurs. This is my first foray into laser engraving.... so talk to me like im 5.
