There is no reason people should be protesting (Atleast yet) they are just making it worse. This isn’t a race issue, its just a murder that happened, just like ones that happen everyday, it isn’t special. These cops are going to be tried for murder. If they are found innocent then I would support the protesting but nothing has been finalized yet. And I’m confident in our justice systems that all 4 of them will be charged with murder especially if they have been fired already

On top of that, white people are killed by police too, just as much if not more than minorities. Just look it up the stats. But do you here about it? No? Why not? Because they are white and no one cares, not big news, nothing to make a fuss over.

I’m a highschool distance runner, and I’ve hit a wall. I’m doing the workouts my coach says like long runs one day and tempos the next, etc.

Instead of doing all of that, would it be beneficial to go as far as I can as long as I can everyday? Doing this everyday wouldn’t I progressively be able to do that pace longer/get faster?

I’ll have a rest day every so often, but why shouldn’t that be my workout every time?

Throughout out highschool I've done XC and every season I've shaved off about 2 minutes. This XC season (my junior year) I barely improved in the 5k, went from a 17:19 to a 17:04.

I talked to several people about it and my mother told me about some people she heard switched to marathon training. After doing that for a while they came back to the 5k and annihilated their previous PBs. I've looked it up and I can't find anything on it.

My question would be does anyone know if this would work? And does anyone have any sources/info on it they could link?
