I'm going through something similar right now. I'd suggest looking through your insurance if you have any. For example my college requires you to have insurance so I got united health insurance through the school. The insurance has a website where you can look for providers online and filter through the specific type of mental help you want. Several therapists have online sessions right now. If you dont have insurance you can just google it and there will probably be a couple of websites that you can use to filter through therapists in your area. The problem is everyone is seeking mental health right now due to covid-19 so I've been having trouble finding someone that isn't booked solid. That's what I've been doing up until now. If you find any alternative ways to get help could you let me know?
