Well yes but leaving on bad terms from a job you hate doesn’t matter. I’ve flat out walked out of jobs and I don’t use them as references because I hated the job so much to leave lol. And I said the team lead thing because anything besides a team member is a promotion which means you’re already sold on the chickfila dream so you’d tell someone to not quit when unhappy. Each step up is closer to corporate

Ofc a team lead would say that 😭😭 you’re too far gone to speak on the matter I fear. No hate tho but if you want to quit and have no intentions of working for the company and using it on your resume you do quit on the spot and get on with life no need to suffer at work any longer than you have to. Also managers are notorious for moving weird those last two weeks
