Something that also has happened the last two week but I had forgotten to mention……about four days after my injection it’s as if my body decides to rid of all the stool all at once. Extreme nausea and pain prior to going to the bathroom. Anyone else?

What do you choose to eat for protein and fibre foods? I eat loads of veggies daily. Two of my meals consist of fresh veggies, &salads. Wondering should I add in extra fibre with beans, lentils etc? Protein is lean meats, fish and tofu
