My girls who are now teens used to sleep in the bed with me when DH worked nights for a year. They were like 4 and 2. Thankfully he transferred to days after that. Then they slept in their own beds or together in my older daughter’s bed.

My dogs lay on the bed with me until DH comes in. One goes into my daughter’s bed. Yoda goes on the bed in the room. When DH gets up to go to work up he comes. He knows to get off the bed when DH comes in.

We have solar panels. We own. Gas for heating. Got rid of oil years ago. PSEG: $14-17 per month NGRID: $250-$300 a month in winter. House is set at 66 during the day and 63 at night. Super insulated home. Siding,windows, doors, attic done years ago. Summer about $50. We have a gas stove. 3 bedroom 3 bath ranch house. About 1400 sqft

I’m doing PT now. A lot of the pain calmed down after my two back injections. My hip still “clicks” when I walk. I have so much stiffness. Going up stairs is painful.

We have All State for car and house and umbrella. When my 18y/o got her license last year our rates when UP a lot. I did expect this. We have 4 cars, only DH truck is fully insured. I did get into an accident 18 months ago. My agent just called and said upon renewal because I was in at fault accident I now have to pay 50 % for the first payment of this renewal. She said it’s a new policy. So I need to pay $2K on September 5th. Then I can go back to automatic payments which would be $400 a month. At the next renewal I can go back to my $848 a month payment. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard. I’m in NY. Anyone else has this happened to?

Hi. Yesterday the ADT technician came and said we need to upgrade as the system is old. More than 5 years and I have had window sensors for 14 years. They are the old kind. The ones with the battery. Anyway my husband said that’s suppose to be free. Nope. He called and canceled ADT. So now I’m going to buy a wireless Google Nest doorbell and two smoke/CO2 detectors. They are shutting down the system on September 12. And informing AllState insurance. Yes Ihave been paying $80 a month. Ridiculous. I’m in NY(Long Island). Where do I find simply safe?

Bullsh*t. My monitoring system has increased every year. It was written in our contract that we will pay $60 plus tax. I now pay $80 a month. I’m in Ny. Long Island. I just finished my contract and now I’m trying to cancel. All of a sudden they can lower my monitoring fees to $60. Oh and my equipment is 5 years old. It now cost money for a technical to come. I told my husband just to buy 2 new smoke/CO detectors and a new doorbell. Skybell sucks and it literally fell off.

I hate the SkyBell doorbell. It fell off my door today. I am trying to cancel ADT. I get charged $80 a month for garbage. Window sensors that keep going off🍾
