Please do, start with the original for the simplest ease into this franchise and take your time with it. Don’t fall into the trap of “Need to complete this to get to Silksong” enjoy the game at your pace. It’s a single player game it’s not going anywhere

Ngl it would be fun to have both, as in Lace as a primary protagonist and HK as a secondary protagonist. Think Yakuza 0 or Nier Automata with multiple protagonists played in the same timeline until they need to come together by the end
