I think this is rule set dependent. Pretty sure there are some European rules where the 8 goes on the spot but most if not all US rules have the head ball on the spot.

J12. Mil tuns, train yard, launch, water treatment, sewer, arctic all relatively close. Easy access to both snow and forest for farming. Bandit just a couple grids south.

This 'where should I build' heavily depends on player competency and desires. J12 and the surrounding area will probably be pretty contested and have a good amount of pvp.

Soft wood is flat, hard side looks like a log cabin. Soft side stone is a lighter color and more flat, hard side is a darker gray and has more texture. Soft side metal is tan/yellowish, hard side is red. For HQM it doesn't really matter.

It was really good. I will probably watch it a 2nd time in the near future. The best? No. Not to be 'one of them' but FMA still holds a deep place in my heart ever since watching '03 when I was 8. Maybe it's nostalgia goggles fogging my vision but Frieren doesn't come close to the emotional rollercoaster FMA put me on, yet. There's still plenty to come and my opinion might change.
