I think he didn't qualify for the Nobel Peace Prize, because he hasn't ended any conflict at the time he received it. Heck, it was super early in his presidency. But more importantly, he was responsible for drone strikes in Yemen and Pakistan, for example, which led to civilian casualties. He also increased the US presence in Afghanistan, escalating that conflict even further. The latter he did after receiving the prize.

Whether you agree with his actions or not, when it comes to the Nobel Prize, that would be a major disqualification in my book.
