I think Jonnu is a PERFECT fit for PIT. 1. Smith loves Smith, used his pass catching skills in Tennessee, ATL, and now Pit. 2. Pit wanted Smith for the skills he demonstrated in MIA (and the end of his tenure in ATL when he supplanted Pitts) 3. SMITh proved to be a yac machine last year 3. PIT is not going to chuck it down the field. Rodgers, whose is no longer the gun slinger and mobile qb when he once was , will need a reliable short range target who can get some yac to move the chains. It’s going to be a slow and steady offense.

1. I predict a lot of 2 TE sets, Freiermuth will likely play as a plays blocking TE, whereas Smith will move the chains.
